In good, structurally sound, and sturdy condition with no notable damage to frame. The chair has a very faint stain on the upper left hand corner and a few other ones on the upper right hand back side (last 2 photos). The ottoman has a very tiny faint spot on its top (3rd to last photo). These imperfections are very hard to see in normal room lighting. We photographed them in outdoor lighting.
