Style: George II / Irish Georgian revival.
Features:
Eagle-head arm terminals with carved feather scaling on the arm supports.
Cabriole legs with Eagle-head terminals and acanthus-leaf knee carving collars ending in
Eagle claw & ball feet. Leg carvings are on all 4 legs of each chair so they look as beautiful when pushed under the table from the back as they do from the front.
Parcel-gilt finish: walnut/mahogany-toned wood with water-gilded and burnished gold highlights over gesso.
Upholstered tight back and seat with self-welt, done in a Cotton cut-leaf damask.
Coloration: Golden Rod background with Beige Leaves
Set include 2 arm and 4 side chairs.
