19th Century Antique Art Nouveau Edwardian Carved Walnut Armchair
Flowing, organic curves in the arms and crest rail. Floral and foliate carving throughout the splat and crest. Cabriole-style front legs.Hand-carved appearance rather than machine-stamped ornament. Open pierced back splat with naturalistic plant motifs, typical of Art Nouveau influence. The 100% Cotton upholstery is recent.
